Room was spacious and plenty of space outside hotel to park car (although this may depend on what time of year you visit). I visited in the Winter so the room was well heated. Unfortunately, major housekeeping is required for the rooms. There were hairs on the blanket/bedsheets. There were stains on bedding. Rust/stains on the taps in bathroom with the bathroom itself being dirty. Spoons provided in room for tea were also dirty. No amenities provided. Guests upstairs were jumping and making noise at 2am at night and basically every little movement in the rooms above can be heard downstairs. If you are arriving late in the evening, the hotel is in a very quite location so no access to shops at night. Overall not a pleasant stay.

Such a nice hotel to stay in after a busy day of Christmas shopping at Bluewater. It's only 5mins down the road too! It's right by the local station, but once the windows are closed you can't hear a thing.

The room had no air conditioning, the Bathroom curtain smelled really badly. No breakfast except a vending machine. Not worth the price I payed.

Great place to stay, basic, but rooms clean, beds comfortable. Staff fantastic, very helpful. Plenty of storage in room. Just stayed here for three nights great price will come again.

Often stay here as it's convenient for visiting family locally. Jason was lovely when we arrived late in the evening. Everyone friendly when we left too. Highly recommended staying here, always quiet too.

Ideal location for what I wanted. The rooms were clean and had what I needed. No noise from other guests and right next door to a quiet burger king

Sarah and Cassie were very helpful, taking in an Amazon parcel while we were out. It was waiting in my room when we returned. Excellent service.

As Travelodge goes it was good and friendly. But bare in mind there is a train line and station next to it so if you are a light sleeper might need to keep the window closed

1.The shower was quite small it was awkward to wash and felt really costed phobic. 2. No fridge in the room which would have been handy for cold drinks. 3. I had a good sleep but hearing the trains constantly was annoying especially when trying to get to sleep. 4. No canteen when said on the booking that you can get breakfast but when asked they said they haven’t had a bar for years or a canteen to have breakfast all they had was a vending machine. 5. No air condition in the rooms I do appreciate they put a fan in the room but would have been nicer to have air condition and due to good reason we can only open windows to a point. 6. Base of the bed could have done with a better clean. 7. Should have better chairs in the room as the ones in my room was ripped and look tacky. 8. The curtains and shower curtains was dirty and smelly. 9. One of the lights in my room was broken and not working and one of the one there are next to the bed was late reacting I had to flick the switch a few times to get it to come on then after switching on again it kept flickering. 10. My curtain was partly ripped off the curtain rail so my curtain wasn’t covering the whole window.

Very run down, old furniture and bathroom in need of a revamp! Obviously not in a location they can be bothered to update. It was clean enough and the fan was left on in an effort to cool down the room as it was a hot day.

The location was good, next to train station stone crossing. 30 mins walk (up steep hill) to Bluewater shopping centre. Very basic only food onsite was vending machine. Burger king next door. Room was basic but clean. No air-con and it was very hot!

Im very unpleasant after been kicked out for smoking cbd outside. When we come back the lady attack us shouting on us that we smoke weed on parking and she go in to our room and she saw weed. She doesnt want to listed when we trying to explaon her its a cbd. She just shoutig on us that we have a wrap up our things and leave room right now. We dont gonna leave that like this! That ridiculus how she treat us, never again travelodge. Travelodge Dartford have also stinky carpets on hallway and in two rooms when i been last few days. The rest pf staff be kind and helpfull just that one mad lady....

Travelodge hotels I'm finding are pretty standard hotels mainly used for contractors. There kept clean to a medium standard. And rooms alway seem to need some tlc. In the room I stayed in there was staining on heater, hair on floor, stained bath, a hole in the curtain, the seat had a hole in it, the unit is damaged. All shown in pics. The location is next to a railway so jad trains passing, and at 5am I was woken by a group of 7 eastern European men sat in carpark all drinking beer and smoking laughing and joking being loud. Obviously just finished a nite shift.

We had a wonderful experience . Our car broke down on our way to our holiday to Scotland and we had to find a place where we could sleep until our car was fixed . We were exhausted after we had to sleep in a cold car in the middle of the night . Chrissie was amazing she did everything do get us quickly in our room so we could warm up and sleep . She was so kind and understanding . It made such a huge difference for us because we were really stressed out . The room was spacious and clean . It was very quiet despite having the train station right next to it . The location was also perfect . A burger king right next door and a 10min walk brings you to a big ASDA . There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel that can bring you to the city centre or to the huge shopping centre Bluewater with tons of things to do . And if you hop on a train you're in London in a little hour . Thank you again to all of you for helping us when we needed is so much . We are beyond grateful .

Excellent location, lovely clean rooms with a bath, aaahhh,! TVs a little on the small side with few channels. Luckily we brought our Chromecast and it plugged into the hdmi. The service is friendly and very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast is fruit and cereal only. Burger king right next door, and so is Stone crossing train station, South Eastern line, very, very handy. If you are driving book it in with reception on arrival. Hotel is in 2 floors , no lift. Security after 10pm until 6am. We stayed for 2nights, my girlfriend said she thinks saw a ghost in our room, the hallways are extremely long and sometimes very dark at night when the motion sensor lights haven't yet picked you up, spooky 😀👻. The history of the area goes way back to the 10th century with Stone castle only a stone's throw away. A beautiful little castle, Anne Boleyn frequented apparently. Could be haunted.! Highly recommend. Bluewater shopping centre around the corner. Brilliant.
